An advanced training program rooted in the principles of Michael Chekhov’s acting technique—a psycho-physical approach that integrates body, imagination, and spirit. While Stanislavski is often regarded as the godfather of modern acting, Chekhov, one of his most celebrated students, developed a method that calls the actor to be deeply grounded in the body while opening to the creative and spiritual dimensions of performance.
This course is offered several times a year, with each round offering fresh perspectives and adjustments to the curriculum. In this session, we will focus primarily on two of Chekhov’s most powerful tools: the Psychological Gesture and the Imaginary Body. Participants will also engage deeply with movement, voice, energy cultivation, and imaginative exploration—all designed to expand their range, depth, and mastery of the technique.
